Specifically the OP asked for Google drive after looking bit further after installing "Gnome-Online-Accounts" there were other options available as well.
The upside it that once enabled the drive is accessible without needing to reconfigure after sequential reboots as opposed to another option tested.
The online accounts feature appears to be native in Ubuntu and not a PPA although additional commands are necessary to complete the set up. If the additional commands keep from being in the base, perhaps something for "Lite Software".
Read a bit more - only downside is that it may be still too new, as support is for 16.10 and beyond (although it does work in 16.04)

Of the image viewers mentioned so far, I really like Mirage the best. Thanks to Vera for the suggestion. I'm keeping it in my LL 3.8. I vote for its addition to LL 4.0.

As rokytnji, this is not to contribute to any distro war or similar. It's about learning & improving while not reinventing the wheel to make Linux Lite even better.
Therefore I'd also recommend to take a look at the MX Toolbox.
It might be interesting also in the light of needing a replacement for systemback! See "Live-usb Maker" and "Snapshot".[color=rgb(217, 217, 217)][/color]

Users replace "username" with their user name.

tar -cvf backup.tar /home/usernameThis creates a tar file named backup.tar that will backup all the contents of home/username folder and the sub directories.
It gives the verbose output to terminal during the process from the v option.
I seen it last week a few pages back, in the book "Linux Bible".
It has some potential for tweaks, like no verbose but output to log file that.
If gui that has a button reading eg; "backup-now" attached to this command, clicking that button so would make a Lite, fast, and efficient backup.
Somewhere (maybe online) I cannot find it at the moment, I seen a command to output to USB results of commands. Attaching that to the export to usb button in GUi.
The other backup areas such as full OS, then maybe like machine type freeze/shot as an iso I am not sure this yet. Similar as can be done with Python apps for distribution, where it each machine state downloads "its" specific requirement, this can be where drivers differ and dependencies.<< makes the backup size lightweight/smaller and faster/more efficient.
Executing this is like the button to use the system rollback/restore.
I think the idea of it has potential of a seed to become "Lite backup" of future.

Suggestion: replace KeepassX by KeepassXC
Once I suggested replacing KeepassX by Keepass2 which I still mainly use (maybe more out of habit). But meanwhile I have also KeepassXC installed and use it, too.
Due to the character of Linux Lite to keep things simple & light I assume KeepassXC would be the better option. No mono and wine required. And nevertheless it offers auto-typing.

Not sure what you mean Jerry. My devices or the worlds devices? eudev is pretty new. So may be all I could give is my personal devices. Since systemd is incorporated in linux lite. I gave up too much info and was not suggesting you switch over to using eudev, It is probably more headache for you than it is worth.
But I can understand how my clumsy post can be misconstrued to make one think so.
My personal devices supported are the media reader on my Emachine 3507. There is no supported devices list/documentation for MX-Device-Mounter either. My media reader reads cf, micro drives, sd, xd, usb.
It is my understanding most modules supporting any device are included in the kernel and module loading is handled by the user with modprobe. Failure to work info is handled by dmesg and grep.

Yeah. I sold my Iphone 5S. Bought a replacement Samsung S7 Edge. So I cannot even test that for you.
