[SOLVED] Accidentally deleted volume control icon on panel - how to renistate? - m654321 - 12-25-2014 I inadvertently deleted the volume control icon on the right hand side of the panel at the bottom of the laptop screen. How do I get this back, as presently I have no way of changing the volume for the music player in LL2.2. Many thanks in advance for your help. Regards Mike Re: Accidentally deleted volume control icon on panel - how to renistate? - Monkeyman - 12-25-2014 Right click any blank space on the task bar. A new window will pop up. Click on "Launcher" (should be the top choice) and click "Add" (at the bottom of the new window). That will give you a generic launcher button/icon on your taskbar. Right click on that and chose "Properties". Click the "+" button on the launcher window and scroll down to "Volume Control" then click the "Add" button. There might be an easier way but this works. Re: Accidentally deleted volume control icon on panel - how to renistate? - gold_finger - 12-25-2014 m654321, Just in case Monkeyman's "Volume Control" isn't the one you were talking about, it could be that you deleted the "Indicator Plugin" which houses "Sound Menu" (or you just accidentally checked Sound Menu to be hidden in the Indicator Plugin). Right-click Panel, choose Panel -> Panel Preferences -> Items (tab) and scroll down list of items to see if "Indicator Plugin" is listed?
