I want to disable the internal WLAN Adapter and use the one on usb with antenna.

To install your USB adapter, if Linux Lite doesn't automatically recognize it, there appears to be a video here showing what to do:  http://www.coredytech.com/goods-96-Cored...alsDrivers.

I think you should be able to go to Network Connections (Menu > Settings > Network Connections) to disable the internal Wi-Fi adapter.  In the General tab, you can uncheck "Automatically connect to this network when it is available."
