Your post has been moved to the updates section of the forum.

There's nothing really to solve.

The "upgrades have been deferred due to phasing" message means there is an upgrade in the pipeline, but it isn't being rolled out to your system - yet.  This is a safety mechanism which allows updates to be rolled out in phased batches.  The reason being that any new bugs are likely to surface before the upgrade is widely rolled out. It will eventually be released for your system.

The "following packages have been kept back" message regards some software (zenity and inxi) that has been deliberately marked as 'held' in the Linux Lite 7.x distribution by the Linux Lite developers.

There's no indication of any other issues, so your system is updating and upgrading all other components.
