Hi,
Nothing screams out issues,
Firefox is a bit of a CPU/Memory Hog if you look at the individual items,
and add them up.
From your first post your disks appear to be sda , sdb & sdc
Have you done a speed test recently..??
I use: http://www.speedtest.net/
It's reasonably consistent, and close the BT Wholesale Tester
Unless you are with one of the Fibre Provider like Virgin..
