Wifi connects but stops a lot

I have completed the process and a restart.
On the restart, the WIFI connected a lot faster than I have previously observed and the signal strength has gone from a steady 3 bars to 4 bars, two positive changes.

I will have to leave this now and come back to it tomorrow for a longer test.
