Wifi connects but stops a lot

FWIW - I tried with my set up.. USB Wi-Fi TP-Link WN823N (LL 2.6)
I was having to manually disconnect and reconnect to my wireless after waking..

git clone https://github.com/pvaret/rtl8192cu-fixes.git
sudo dkms add ./rtl8192cu-fixes
sudo dkms install 8192cu/1.10
sudo depmod -a
sudo cp ./rtl8192cu-fixes/blacklist-native-rtl8192.conf /etc/modprobe.d/

After reboot, Wi-Fi bars went from 3 to 4 much better
