A couple of things,
Check status of Firewall on Linux Lite PC:

Can you try again, but with :445

example:

You can also try:

net use L: \\<put LL IP here>\share /user username password

example, use your Linux Lite username & password:

If it's working with Ubuntu PC, it should be working with LL
