I would stay away from AMD graphics. Try to get something with Intel or nVidia.

I have an Update for you and everyone on this thread.  I built a new computer.  I have some pictures but I don't have time to upload them right now.  Here is the system specs.  I'm going to try and install the 4.7 kernel.  Currently the only bug I'm having is with vlc player.  Other then that, everything seems to be running smooth on Linux Lite 3.0 64 bit.
