You don't need a tool like grub-customizer for that, all you need to do is to edit: /etc/default/grub

Code:

$ sudo nano /etc/default/grub

You'll see this at the top of the file

# GRUB boot loader configuration

GRUB_DEFAULT=0
GRUB_TIMEOUT=5
GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR="Arch"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""

Change waht this line GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR says and add the name you want to appear say "bitsnpcs"

Then run

Code:

$ sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

reboot and you'll see your own customized grub welcome screen.
