Hi [member=7939]BDH[/member] Hopefully the following method will work for you, otherwise you will need to edit the fstab file but for now try the following:
Using the disks utility.(Menu/Settings/Disks)

Identify the partition you want to stop automount and highlight, then click on the cog underneath the Volumes image on the right.

Highlight and click on Edit Mount Options

Toggle the switch at the top to prevent Automounting.
Hopefully after a logout/reboot your problem will be solved. If not let us know and I'll try to describe the fstab method
