Unfortunately I got the same results. I downloaded Linux Lite 4.2 with support for UEFI, I deleted the volumes where I had installed LL and I did a complete re-install. Upon reboot, it keeps booting to Windows. As before if I pick Boot Legacy Only, it won't boot.  Sad
