My question is: if I delete all of the Elementary OS partitions I mess up LL?

Looks like you installed Elementary first then LL, is that right? If that's the case, I think you might have to reinstall LL to make sure everything works as expected. By the way, you don't need two swaps, next time avoid creating a second one.
