Router - I think that is probably a temporary error. 91.189.95.85 is reachable now (10:20 GMT) and the nitroshare-dev ppa directory is up so reboot and try again.
A PPA may be more up to date than distro package versions but PPAs can be be a bit erratic so you may want to consider disabling the ppa as a source if it still doesn't work. This will allow the rest of the upgrade to run. See help manual - software - ppa
