Hi,
If both WiFi and wired have the same issue, try rebooting your router/modem.
Also check the cable and if possible replace the cable between routeur and modem (with a category 6 / CAT6 if you have really fast internet, or minimum CAT5E).
Il it's a D-Link routeur, I would run to the store and buy an Asus/Netgear.
