Upgrade
#2
There's no direct way to upgrade from one to the other.  You'll need to do a fresh installation.  If you currently have your LL setup with a separate partition for Home, then process will be very easy.  If not, then you'll need to make backups of important data that you want to keep first, then install and restore backed-up data to new system.  That's not hard, just adds time to whole process.

Answer following questions so we can give better guidance:

Is LL currently the only operating system on computer, or are you dual-booting with Windows?

Have you installed many additional programs to your system?  If so, make yourself a list of them so you can quickly install them again to the new system.

Are you currently familiar with how to make a backup of your /home folder?  (That's what you'll need most if you don't have a separate partition for home now.)

Boot into your current LL system, open a terminal and enter the following three commands to give us an idea of what your current partitions look like:
Code:
lsblk
df -h
sudo parted -l
(Last command ends in a lowercase letter "L", not the number 1.)

Copy/Paste the full terminal output back here for us to see.
