WiFi 6 AX200NGW Network Card
#1
Hi all just wondering if the new Intel AX200NGW 802.11ax card works with LL 3.8 64bit which is the version I'm using or is there a driver I need to install? Want to be sure before I buy it, thanks. 8)

According to the interwebs, you'll need kernel 5.1 or above. Get it from Lite Tweaks.

Well I ordered it received it today, 3 days late. Anyway it was the wrong card Newegg sent me. It was half the size of my WiFi 5 card. Since updating to Kernel 5.2.0 my 5ghz wifi does not work anymore. It connects but in a few minutes it disconnects me. Connecting to 2.4ghz is fine but this never happened prior to kernel 5.2.0. I will try to order another WiFi 6 card, but in the meantime is there anyway to fix this? I tried to go back to Kernel 4.4.0 but once it reboots it still shows 5.2.0. Here is a pic of my WiFi card: https://ibb.co/7Xqkg1q
Well it looks like they don't make it in mini pci-express so I will not be buying another one. But I will need to fix this 5ghz issue.

Thanks

You have to select it to boot from it in the grub menu under advanced options.

Thank you, do I press shift on reboot to access the grub menu? I did try it but it did nothing.

Well I made it back to Kernel 4.4.0: https://ibb.co/bW7DtcC That's the good news. The bad news is I now have no WiFi at all: https://ibb.co/SKHbSth
