Correct, I am on 5.0.

Nothing to do with Lite Welcome, title changed to represent issue.
'gpg: invalid key resource URL '/tmp/apt-key-gpghome.xIpN5ouIj8/hometevenpusser
.asc.gpg' try removing that file.

Weird, its not in tmp but I do see it in synaptic BUT cannot remove it.  No error when I try to remove it from synaptic, it just stays there.
