Softmaker FreeOffice
#1
Hi all,
Does anyone have some experience in using Softmaker FreeOffice (SFO) on LL?
I would prefere to use SFO instead of LibreOffice as it handle better the formatting of Microsoft Office documents.

I've tried it a while ago, and it didn't wok for me, I think it was like 2 years ago or so. I'm using only office https://www.onlyoffice.com/en/download-desktop.aspx which handles MS Office documents quite well. There's a .deb file as well as an .Appimage I use the appimage, and it works great. You could try that one(appimage)since it doesn't need to be installed, so in case you don't like it, just delete the file.
Without each others help there ain't no hope for us Smile
